Welcome to e-Talab, an online delivery platform that connects customers with restaurants, stores, and delivery partners across Jordan. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
By registering, browsing, or placing an order through e-Talab, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please stop using the platform.
e-Talab is an intermediary platform between customers, restaurants/stores, and delivery partners.
We do not prepare or sell food ourselves. Responsibility for food preparation, quality, and compliance with health regulations lies with the merchant.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or preparation time.
You must be 18 years or older to use the service.
You agree to provide accurate account details, delivery addresses, and payment information.
You are responsible for keeping your account details (username, password) secure.
Orders are confirmed once accepted by the restaurant.
Prices are shown in Jordanian Dinar (JOD) and may include applicable taxes and delivery fees.
Payment methods: credit/debit cards, e-wallets, or cash on delivery (if available).
If payment fails, the order will not be processed.
Once accepted by the restaurant, an order cannot be cancelled except in special cases.
Refunds may apply in cases of:
Order not delivered.
Wrong items delivered.
Missing or damaged items.
Refund processing may take up to 7 business days.
Merchants are responsible for food quality, safety, and compliance with Jordanian health standards.
Menu availability and prices are determined by the merchants.
e-Talab is not liable for taste, portion size, or food freshness.
Delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.
Customers must be available at the delivery address to receive their orders.
If the delivery partner cannot reach the customer, the order may be cancelled and charges may still apply.
e-Talab is not responsible for:
Food preparation or packaging.
Delays caused by restaurants, riders, traffic, or unforeseen events.
Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
Provide false or misleading information.
Misuse the service (fraud, repeated cancellations, harassment).
Violate these Terms & Conditions.
e-Talab may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Users will be notified via the app or website.
Continued use of the platform means acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Jordanian courts.
